A special coffee that has never been presented before, designed as a gift for your loved ones during New Year and Christmas.
"Ton Nao" or "Christmas Blend" is a blend processed with Honey Semi-Carbonic Maceration and Dry SCM (Semi-Carbonic Maceration).
We use coffee from Doi Phak Kood, a remote growing area at 1,400 meters above sea level. It takes 5-6 hours to bring the cherries down from the mountain, and then another 6 hours for transport to Prida in Lampang.
For those who have been waiting for Prida's Honey SCM since 2017 (but we never released it), heres your chance to try it in this "Ton Nao" blend. Weve combined Honey SCM with Dry SCM, both of which are dried in the LTLH method, Prida's signature technique. Rest assured, you won't find this anywhere else.
