Since 2006

starting with the goal of improving the quality of coffee at their own coffee shop, "GO+ Coffee," Kee and Pook Akom and Thumawadee Suwannakeet began establishing a small coffee roasting factory in Lampang. Over time, they gradually expanded, turning it into a creative space for various innovations in the Thai coffee industry.

2017 marked a significant turning point for Preeda when they ventured into the world of coffee processing. By applying wine fermentation techniques to create unique flavors and aromas, they also ensured greater safety by reducing the risk of contamination from harmful microorganisms. This innovation in coffee processing led Preeda to win two gold medals at the European Exhibition of Creativity and Innovation 2018 (EUROINVENT) in Romania, as well as one gold medal at the International Warsaw Invention Show 2018 (IWIS) in Poland.

2018 Preeda developed the LTLH (Low Temperature Low Humidity Coffee Drying) technique, an innovative drying method that doesn't rely on daily weather conditions. This was created to reduce losses during the coffee processing season caused by off-season rains, which have become more frequent due to the effects of climate change.

LTLH is a drying method that uses low-temperature, low-humidity air to draw moisture from the coffee beans without the need for sunlight or high heat. This process helps preserve the cell structure of the coffee beans, preventing quality loss and maintaining a full flavor profile. It also reduces the risk of Ochratoxin A, a carcinogenic substance that can be produced by mold growth on traditional coffee drying surfaces.

As a result of the development that year, Preeda was able to produce high-quality coffee beans with a distinctive aroma and flavor, which gained recognition in both the Thai and international markets among coffee enthusiasts.
